“Far and Wide” at Bangalore, India:

Over the New Year’s holiday Silas flew over to Bangalore India to create a devised piece with students from India’s Christ University. The devising process was led by award winning playwright, Dael Orlandersmith. In the project he acted, music directed, and sang and played an original song of his with the rest of the cast.

"Hundred Days" at Circle Theatre, Fort Worth, Texas:

Recently Silas embarked on a musical journey in "Hundred Days" by the Bengsons. Under the direction of Evan Michael Woods and the musical direction of Ian Ferguson, Silas took on ensemble, singer, and instrumentalist roles. In this show specifically he played bass guitar.

"American Eclipse" Staged Production:

Silas had the privilege to be part of the staged production of the new workshopping musical "American Eclipse" by Michael John LaChiusa. Directed by Bill Rauch and featuring music direction by Deborah Abramson, Silas lent his voice as an ensemble singer.

"Giant" Workshop:

Silas also had the honor of workshopping the song "Private Property" from the musical "Giant" with Michael John LaChiusa. This unique opportunity allowed Silas to collaborate with renowned talents, further enriching his artistic journey.

Abe Kōbō’s Friends (Tomodachi)

Baylor Theatre’s most recent straight play took a look at absurdism in Abe Kobo’s “Friends (Tomodachi)”. Silas was blessed to work under Professor David Jortner, along with other students to bring a new genre of theatre to Baylor’s stage.
